Dr. Medici's clinical interests are focused on Wilson disease, alcoholic liver disease, fatty liver, post liver transplant care, and clinical nutrition.

Dr. Medici's research interests include Wilson disease and epigenetic regulation of gene expression, study of methionine metabolism in alcoholic liver disease in humans and animal models.
